Returns Policy

Overview:

I do accept returns of items as long as they are mailed back within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Items:

I do my best to package items are securely packaged, but if items do happen get damaged in transit please reach out to me immediately so that I can get you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that it has been received. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

*Please keep in mind that most shipping costs are non refundable

Late or missing refunds

Please keep in mind that refunds may take several days to process. If your refund does not show up right away I ask that you first double check with your bank or credit card company. If you have waited 3 business days and have checked with your financial institution and still have not received a promised refund please reach out to me and I will work to resolve the situation.

Shipping Returns:

If, when you receive your order you decide that you would like to return it please reach out to me via email for instructions on return shipping. 

You assume responsibility for shipping costs should you decide to return an item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
