Visitor Maps
Poultney Area Chamber of Commerce 2025
I designed a set of visitor maps of the town of Poultney and the surrounding area for the inaugural Holiday Tour in 2025. The Poultney Area Chamber of Commerce created this event to encourage people to patronize local businesses during the Holiday season.
I created the maps using vector graphic software. By designing these maps as vector images I enabled them to be scaled to whatever size is needed. I created the numbering system so that the numbers correspond with events hosted by businesses included on our list. I chose the color scheme to reflect the snowy weather typical of the holiday season.
The Chamber printed one large map set to have at their table for the kickoff event, as well as to posting it to their website. The Chamber also handed out paper lists of all of the events happening that weekend in addition to the map.
I also designed a guidebook for to accompany the map, but the Chamber ultimately chose not used due to time and budget constraints.
